As a C-level compliance executive with over 20 years of experience, I have dedicated my career to leading global teams in developing and managing comprehensive compliance strategies and programs for F100 pharma and biotech companies. My expertise lies in building compliance-focused organizational cultures and providing legal and compliance guidance to influence C-suite and Board leadership.
Throughout my career, I have successfully advised and influenced top-level executives on critical matters such as product commercialization and marketing, FDA and OIG compliance, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate governance. I am adept at navigating complex regulatory landscapes and leveraging strong relationships with key regulatory stakeholders, such as the Office of the Inspector General (OIG), to negotiate and execute business-critical agreements, including corporate integrity agreements, deferred prosecution agreements, and consent decrees.
A key aspect of my skill set is driving enterprise-wide compliance training and education initiatives. I recognize the importance of positioning companies for successful acquisitions and building teams into compliance centers of excellence.
