My role is to increase customer loyalty and retention through innovative and effective marketing campaigns, analysis, and optimization. I use various tools and platforms to design and execute retention strategies, such as email, SMS, push notifications, web, and app. I also monitor and measure the performance and impact of these campaigns, using metrics such as retention rate, churn rate, lifetime value, and customer satisfaction.
I have a strong background and passion for digital marketing, which I developed through my education and previous work experience. I hold a BBA in Marketing from Modern Education Society's Ness Wadia College of Commerce, where I learned the fundamentals of marketing management, research, and communication. I also worked as a Digital Marketing Specialist at Infinity Management Consultancy Co. for two and a half years, where I managed SEO, CRM, and educational seminars for various clients. I gained valuable skills and knowledge in online marketing, such as keyword research, content creation, analytics, and automation.
