With over 17 years digital experience I specialise in Creative + Media + Technology to drive better performance for Brands online. I'm one of life's do-ers. A real people person.
As MD I am responsible for the people and the culture at Tug, making sure there is a clear understanding of the company's strategy, that is resonates with everyone and that we're creating an environment that make people want to work for us. I oversee the UK financial performance with P&L responsibility and helping HoD track channel department's resource and revenue. As part of the senior leadership team I am on the Board, and provide updates for my colleagues on UK performance as well as future plans. I work on New Business pitches and cultivate strong relationships with our senior clients. Marketing also comes under my remit and working closely with the PR company to push both Tug and our people forward in the Marketing Press, speaking at Events and Round Tables. I am also passionate about helping train our talent of the future, as we have been too long in this industry relying on 3rd parties to do that for us. There is now a partner college I work as well as various industry initiatives such as the fantastic DigiGirls!
