Being raised in South Florida I was introduced to many different cultures, social statuses and ethnicities. Little did I know that exposure would prepare me for my passion of helping others, which would later translate into my career path of helping to build better customer experiences.
When I am not in the office, I enjoy spending quality time with family over a flavorful meal. I am a canine enthusiast, specifically working with German Shepherds. I also enjoy a friendly / competitive game on a pool table.
