Priority is action. I am on a mission to help brands decisively create more value for customers through the intelligent application of technology. - Coached a Fortune 500 apparel company in their move to an Agile Marketing approach
- Worked with a Fortune 500 athletic apparel company on content personalization process and workflow
- Worked with a $7B healthcare system to stand up a marketing operations organization

Other accomplishments:
- Co-founded and sold 2 companies (a marketing agency and a SaaS platform)
- Written over 20 books on marketing technology, and customer experience
- Created over 10 courses on AI, marketing technology and other topics for some of the world’s top trade associations and training companies
- Host an award-winning, top 5-ranked (in the US) podcast with over 600 episodes and several million downloads
- Named the #1 marketing thought leader by Thinkers360.

I'm a multiple-time Co-Founder & CEO, leading my digital experience agency to be acquired in 2017, successfully exited an HR technology platform provider I co-founded in 2020, and led a SaaS startup to be acquired by a leading edge computing company in 2021. I currently advise and sit on the Board of a MarTech startup.

I have my MBA and am currently pursuing a Doctorate. I am Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified, and hold a certification in Business Agility from ICP-BAF. These inform a statistical, analytics-driven approach to solving problems and achieving measurable goals in my initiatives.

I've spoken at eTail, MarTech, SMX Social Media, EventTech, Internet Summit, Social Media Week, VMWorld, and others. I've been featured in Advertising Age, Communication Arts, Financial Times, and The Washington Post. I've guest lectured at Georgetown University, American University, Virginia Tech, Howard University, University of Maryland.
