There was a temptation to write this reflection using AI (because that's a thing now), but I value authenticity and thought better of it. I've learned that perfection can be the enemy of good, and I trust that authenticity trumps perfection in this case. I've come to realize over the span of my career that I have a passion for coaching, teaching, mentoring, innovating, and creating. I've influenced and changed the careers of countless people and transformed numerous businesses through my passion for strategic partnerships and indirect sales. I’ve taken companies from stagnant or declining growth to exponential growth by developing strong teams and implementing proven practices based on the principles of PARTNERNOMICS.
PARTNERNOMICS is to partnerships and indirect sales what Challenger, Sandler, Miller Heiman, Spin Selling, Holden and others are to direct sales. It is the only accredited platform and framework for strategic partnering and indirect sales taught as a graduate program at the university level. I am a PARTNERNOMICS Certified SPLP® (Strategic Partnerships Leadership Professional) and one of only 12 Certified PARTNERNOMICS Orchestrators worldwide. I have successfully deployed PARTNERNOMICS across 5 uniquely different companies with consistent results.
