I am not afraid of a challenge. I take ownership and accountability for each position that I am entrusted. I strive to think outside the box and bring new innovation to the existing formulas at play. With that being said I follow those working formulas and don't try to reinvent the wheel rather I try to perfect the existing formulas. I know what it takes to run a successful business and the hard work it takes to realize your dreams. I am willing to do whatever it takes for the things that I am most passionate about. The trick to life in not to necessarily do what you love, but to learn to love those things that you have to do.
