I love working with my clients to help them maximize customer revenue. The biggest challenge companies and leaders have is Go-To-Market alignment. That's why I founded JanYoungCX: I help leaders break down silos, identify their North Star, and build a Roadmap to get there.

Customer Led Growth means when your customer is successful, you’re successful. Without your customer, you don't have a business. Customer-centric businesses have exponential growth.

I’m also with The Success League part time as a Principal Consultant where we offer CSM and Leadership Training, Customer Success Program Assessments, and Consulting Services.

My experience is broad:

🔹 Working with Founders, CEOs, and CS, Sales, and Marketing Leaders

Previous to consulting:
🔹 I built a content customer success practice leading to 8X revenue growth in 8 years to $30M+
🔹 I stabilized ~20 accounts and grew MRR 90% year-over-year by leading a distributed team of 8 project and account managers and establishing standardized communication and documentation practices
🔹 I developed strategic opportunities by upselling services and creating multi-platform products to meet customer needs in a fast-changing environment, increasing individual account revenues by 5X

I’ve built communities:
🔹 CS Office Hours – a weekly discussion for CS Leaders, CSMs, and folks transitioning to CS
🔹 ISoCal CX - a monthly IRL community for GTM Leaders in LA and OC
🔹 Innovate Pasadena Friday Coffee Meetup – a monthly speaker series for entrepreneurs, innovators and emerging tech from 2500 to 7000+ in 5 years
🔹 Beginner Blockchain Day LA conference bringing 150 new-comers to blockchain and highlighting 30 speakers (attendees & speakers: 55% women; 65% people of color); developed relationships with 30 Blockchain companies and five organizations that promote diversity in tech (www.rabbithole.network/beginnerdayla/)

When I'm not working, I enjoy walks, hikes, bike rides, pickleball, wine tasting, and vegan cooking. We also have two rescue kittens adopted during Covid keeping us entertained!
