Having seen sales and marketing from all sides, my mission is focused on the alignment between GTM teams and buyer behavior. I have led multiple sales teams to consistent and predictable quota attainment, and have built BDR and Enablement teams & programs from scratch. In the process, I have learned that despite so many ideas and opinions about revenue execution "best practices", nobody really knows anything...and that is OK. That's what makes sales & marketing so interesting.
