Jen is a creative visionary and business-minded strategist with more than 30 years of retail and brand experience. As President, Executive Creative Director – American Eagle & Aerie, she defines the strategic vision for the American Eagle, Aerie, OFFL/NE by Aerie and Unsubscribed brands while leading all aspects of Design, Marketing, including Retail Design, and Merchandising.
As a strong and inspirational leader, Jen fosters a culture centered on authenticity, passion and teamwork. Jen has a keen ability to create innovative opportunities, growing some of retail’s most beloved brands. She has been at the center of retail transformations at AEO Inc., Gap, J.Crew, and Calypso St. Barth.

► Introduced two new brands in the last three years: OFFL/NE by Aerie and Unsubscribed. Building on Aerie’s powerful platform, OFFL/NE activewear has seen immense success. Unsubscribed, a purpose-led slow fashion brand, is focused on helping build a better world by creating high quality, beautiful products made using ethical practices.
Jen is also deeply committed to growing the next generation of retail leaders and serves as a Board Director for the LIM Fashion Education Foundation. She regularly speaks at industry events and conferences.
