With 20+ years of startup and scale-up experience, Jim has repeatedly aligned R&D with GTM to launch innovative software products and accelerate revenue growth.

He has led two exits; SelectMinds->Oracle (HR Tech) and Portfolium->Instructure (Ed Tech), and drove successful repositioning of SmartRecruiters from humble SMB recruiting tool, to Enterprise TA Suite ("Hiring Success" platform).

Jim is currently President & Chief Product Officer at Tourial, which helps SaaS vendors stand out & shine by showcasing their products' unique value via interactive, self-guided tours.
