The Klymshyn Method is an environment of thought, an approach to interaction and a guide to development. Of leadership skills. Of humans. Of organizations.
That's a mouthful, even when typed.
When deals are being pursued, when teams are being built, and when organizations are on the path to GREATNESS, profound insights are valuable, and uncommon knowledge is leverageable.
"To Build" is NOT defined as "perfectly construct without error."
What are you busy building? How far along is YOUR team on the path to Greatness? Where are your people headed?
I am curious.
THIS is where our conversation begins, because...
"It's all about the language..."
What I teach is not rocket science, but people have ridden amazing revenue and leadership rockets as a result of the work we do.
Most remarkable success was with indeed.com; built a Sales management process based on my book; They exploded and sold to RECRUIT of Japan for an undisclosed sum. My work began when indeed did less than $20MM a year in sales. Now, they are the largest global job site, and their sales annually begin with a "B". Talk to their CRO and find out how I contributed to that. My development process is driven by (and focused on) the power of language.
PRE COVID, I shared my methodology and insights across the globe (From Barcelona to Dublin, Toronto to Miami, Mexico City to Maui, Manhattan to Killington) via live trainings that led to coaching.
Now, I conduct webinars and audio calls. SPECIFIC results: I've helped clients achieve (and maintain!) harmony in their life, while simultaneously exploding profitability. It isn't bragging... if it's true.

I've been fortunate to teach at universities across the nation, such as The University of Southern California and New York University. In my limited free time, I enjoy reading, playing music, and reminiscing about traveling with my family.
It boils down to intersections. Ask me how.
