Resulting in consistent YoY incremental customer and top line revenue growth, double digit point reductions in churn and double digit increases in net dollar retention. I have developed and scaled customer success organizations to 10x their size, and lead teams of approximately 600+, across 6 organizations to support hyper growth, customer demand and business requirements. I have also organized teams to support the Pre to Post IPO process; ensuring scale, operational consistency and compliance requirements were considered and incorporated.
