My favorite Pardot feature? I optimized a combination of Pardot Grading, Dynamic Lists, and Automation Rules to finely segment the database and bring the best prospects to the top so they can be promoted to MQL and passed off to Sales as a Lead, segment the mediocre but promising prospects so that they can be further nurtured (via Engagement Studio), and separate out the junk submissions to be discarded.
I enjoy HTML and CSS, which is a good thing, since I use them daily for Email design and Landing Page design.
