I am responsible for identifying key metrics, conducting rigorous explorative data analysis and building business cases that drive decision-making and business prioritization. Using Adobe Analytics, Target, Audience Manager, DemandBase, Drift Chat and Tableau, I create frameworks to drive insights, improve conversion and increase digital revenue. I partner closely with field marketers and channel marketers to improve the overall customer experience by analyzing customer behavioral data. I collaborate with engineering to enable feature tracking, resolve complete data and tracking issues and build necessary pipelines throughout the acquisition journey.
I also identify and evaluate new marketing technologies to improve customer engagement, retention and lead generation. I manage the digital implementation of these platforms and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that technology solutions are aligned with overall business goals.
In addition, I work with channel leads on modeling opportunities to target prospect cross all digital touchpoints. By leveraging predictive scoring, intent signals, first-party behavioral data and alike, I'm able to help prioritize accounts and help marketing teams become more efficient with data.
