A seasoned global revenue and GTM leader with over two decades of experience scaling SaaS products, sales, and success-led organisations across three continents. As Chief Revenue Officer at CallRail, the AI-powered lead intelligence platform, I lead Sales, Customer Success, and Partner Development. In this role, I focus on building strong leaders and fostering a high-performing organisational culture, and have helped lead the company through an exciting period of rapid growth, growing the company to over $100M in ARR.
I’ve led national and international businesses through various growth stages, managing teams of 200+, and implementing repeatable revenue processes for successful scaling. My specialties include SaaS sales enablement and operations, leadership development, business strategy, business development and acquisition, MarTech/ AdTech solutions, and leading product support teams.
Outside of my work at CallRail, I’m also an Angel Investor for Gaingels, leading LGBTQIA+/Allies investment syndicate, and one of the largest and most active private investors in North America, dedicated to supporting diversity in leadership at all levels within the VC ecosystem.
In the past, I’ve served as CRO at AdRoll, a MarTech company for E-Commerce businesses, and am a Xoogler - having spent eight years at Google. I’m a lifelong learner, with an MBA from University College Dublin and a certificate in business excellence for completing the VC Private Equity Program at Columbia Business School. Outside of work, I am an avid sports fan, enjoy traveling, and making memories with my wife and two children.
