Hi. Here’s a little about me.

While working as an Avionics Engineer at QANTAS, gravitating to the CAD rooms and teaching myself how to code led me to make the natural transition into digital marketing. Then following a BA in Multimedia, I started my own consultancy, then eventually joined SBS as a senior producer then head of online for Melbourne. It was here I led the digital strategy and platforms for the Tour de France and many other products across, food, news & documentaries. I then crossed over to advertising and media including Y&R Group (a WPP owned company), with Wunderman and George Patterson Y&R, in roles as Business Director, Digital Director, and then Managing Director. I built teams and was involved in developing and delivering solutions that spanned the entire marketing, media, data and technology landscape, for clients including Defence Force Recruiting, Australia Post, CrownBet, Tatts, Bupa, Medibank, Cricket Australia, AFL, Monash University, Suncorp Group, FCAA, ASIO, Victoria Government, Lavazza, PTV, Treasury Wine Estates, CUB and so many more incredible brands.

I represented WPP AUNZ’s 6-person leadership cohort in Australia, helping drive the ‘horizontality’ agenda & various other advisory roles on identifying M&A opportunities, capability development and integration across 50+ companies and a 5,000+ workforce.

In 2018, I co founded Mutinex, a software company now known for its market leading GrowthOS platform, offering next generation marketing measurement capabilities. GrowthOS accelerates high value decision making across marketing. It translates data into clear and quantitative insights at scale, helping marketers control financial narrative, optimize across a portfolio or at a channel level, budget setting and management and so much more. Its predictive capability also allows marketers to rapidly simulate scenarios and forecast outcomes.

Today, GrowthOS is used by some of the most well known brands around the world across many categories including banking and financial services, insurance, FMCG, CPG, Entertainment, Tech and retail/ecommerce.
