My father, who originally hired me as a dishwasher in his Portuguese-Italian restaurant, had a different take on “the customer is always right.” His philosophy was that experiences you deliver to customers keep them coming back. So when a customer arrived right after we closed the kitchen for the night, we’d reopen it and give them the same food, service, and experience any other customer would have – as that’s what would separate us.

My tools may be marketing-related now but the philosophy is the same:

⇨⇨⇨ Deliver stand-out experiences.

I add to that my own philosophy:

⇨⇨⇨ Play to win, not to not lose.

I currently serve the demand generation team at Alyce responsible for helping deliver experiences for customers that teach them about gifting while generating pipeline and revenue for sales.

I’m also the co-host of the podcast video series, Real ABM (realabm.com).

Previously led the content and demand generation marketing teams, as well as, the BDR and automation and ops teams at Avid. Key results included increasing webstore sales by 41% YOY and generating $20M+ in pipeline from the BDR team in 12 months.

I held many roles at Iron Mountain including marketing for the SMB business unit which grew from $0 to $40M in net new sales while sourcing 80% of this revenue from inbound (contact us).

I’m a data nerd. Enjoy capturing data and understanding the nuances of how to interpret it. This, plus the challenge of experimenting and pushing the status quo, is how I go to work optimizing marketing to make an impact in helping sales generate pipeline and revenue and growing organizations.

Love what I do, and do it with a tireless work ethic.
