Currently working as Vice President & Head Growth Marketing in Airtel where I incubated first ever Growth Marketing team to drive digital growth charter across acquisitions, online revenue and digital properties scale up with a team of 30 members across all business lines of Airtel . 1. On acquisitions we have done 0-100 growth with large part of customer acquisitions coming from digital channels.
2. >50% revenue coming from digital channels
3. All App put together have >200 Mn monthly active users which has grown by 3x
Prior to this last role was as a Financial Controller for Airtel Digital vertical and Wynk where I was reporting in Airtel India CFO and was owning end to end finance function for this vertical. Also have exposure of core finance domains like Pricing, FP&A, Financial Reporting, MIS and Auditing.
