I'm passionate about building and leading sales teams to optimal performance, but I'm most passionate about people. I love working with diverse groups of people from a variety of backgrounds in pursuit of a common goal. This may be in large part due to my experience in collegiate athletics, but I love all the intricacies of what makes a team successful.
