Ryan McConville is a senior executive with over 20 years of experience in media, advertising and ad technology. He is currently responsible for ad product development and operations at Comcast NBCUniversal, one of the world's leading media and entertainment companies. In his role, Ryan oversees product strategy and technical development of NBCU's One Platform technology stack, a unified advertising solution that enables marketers to reach audiences across all screens and formats. Ryan manages a team of 500 full-time employees across product management, project management, product marketing, ad operations and account services. Previously, Ryan was the President and COO of Kargo, a mobile advertising company, where he scaled the business, expanded the product portfolio, and secured multiple patents. As a board member of IAB Tech Lab, Ryan contributes to the development of industry standards and best practices for digital advertising. He holds an MBA from the Wharton School and a BA from Cornell University. Ryan is passionate about creating impactful and engaging experiences for consumers and advertisers, and advancing the future of TV and video advertising.
