❎ Unfortunately, I think there is a lot wrong with small business marketing today. I see people throwing money at tactics, hoping they stick, without a clear plan in place. It is our mission to help fix this problem. To help people focus on real marketing that works and that has clear metrics to prove it.

👋 I am currently the COO at Duct Tape Marketing. I started at Duct Tape Marketing as an intern in December 2010 and have learned all the different areas of our business over the years. From community manager to account manager to consultant to sales to operations. I feel very fortunate to learn something new every single day still after all these years.

🚀 In 2021, we launched Spark Lab Consulting to help clients with the operations side of their business. When we fixed the lead generation and conversion problems through Duct Tape Marketing, we noticed our small business clients then had operations, team, and scalability issues. Now, through each company, we can help tackle not only marketing growth but also help clients scale in a smart way.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👧 I live in Boise, Idaho, with my husband and two daughters. When I am not working, I am outside exploring the mountains on my bike, skis, or feet with my kids right by my side.
