Shaun Simon

The voice of the client should always be the loudest voice in the room. My name is Shaun Simon and I strongly believe this should guide every business decision. My ability to rise to the demands of challenging situations while going beyond expectations is proof of this and is one of my strongest skills.

My experience, knowledge, drive, and technical expertise have opened many doors and allowed me to grow as a leader. This is what lead me to move from Southern California to Austin Texas in 2014. Since then, my consistent and meticulous execution has propelled me into my current role.

My technical background has allowed me to overcome many obstacles as the senior leader of Cvent's onsite professional services group. I have successfully and simultaneously managed an organization of 80+ leaders, project managers, and event managers. I have a proven history of defining and implementing my management methodologies and best practices, which have led to an increase in efficiency and reduction in risk.

I pride myself on managing the implementation and integration of new, cutting-edge technology while delivering results.
