I'm the founder and CEO of Next Step, an award-winning Behavioral Design Agency with offices in San Francisco, CA & Boston, MA.

At Next Step, we leverage the latest research in Behavioral Science (the study of how humans really make decisions) to design better outcomes for companies in their marketing and product. We do this through our mixed-method research model called The Science of Design™.

Our client base is diverse and includes technology companies like Bill.com & Credit Karma and Social Impact /Educational Institutions like The United Nations and Stanford University.

I have a degree in Engineering & Computer Science from UC Berkeley and hold accreditations from Duke University and UC Berkeley on Behavioral Science and Positive psychology.

Our work applying Behavioral Science in marketing & growth is regularly featured on Forbes, INC. & the Huffington Post. I'm on the board Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO) San Francisco, a guest lecturer at Stanford University, NYU and speaker at Tech Crunch, Behavioral Marketing Summit, Global Experience Summit, American Marketing Association to name a few.

Some of my agency's recent projects include:

Working with an Enterprise B2B Tech company to increase its software sales by 890% leveraging Behavioral Science in their marketing & growth

Working with Behavioral Science researchers at Harvard & Duke university to help a Public Utility Company reduce late payments.

Working with the United the Nations & Lincoln Institute for Land Policy to expand access to fiscal and urban planning information for cities in developing countries

Curious how you can leverage behavioral science to design better outcomes in marketing & growth? Connect with me.
