Tim is a data marketing technologist and is responsible for privacy and compliance for RedEye. Tim's current focus is on Governance, Compliance, and Risk and its implementation and contribution to driving strategic change.

Tim is an experienced and qualified Direct Marketing professional as well as a thought leader in the application of data protection law as it relates to Direct and Digital marketing. Tim holds a number of professional qualifications and certifications in Information Governance, Data Protection Law, and Risk.

Since 2010 Tim has been an active contributor to the data and marketing industry, through his involvement in various committees of the UK's Data and Marketing Association (DMA). In the run-up to the introduction of GDPR Tim led the DMA's GDPR taskforce, which helped to coordinate the DMA's response and best practice guidance on the changes that would impact the industry.
Tim continues his work on the industry application of best practice, law, and data ethics, as the Chair of both the DMA's, Governance Committee, and cross-council AI task force.
