In Software Demos werfe ich nicht mit Features und Funktionen um mich. Day-In-The-Life Demos oder die beliebte Hafenrundfahrt - nein, das gibt es bei mir nicht! Natürlich bin ich als Techie verliebt in meine Lösung. Doch das ist meinen Kunden egal. Ich nehme mich also bewusst zurück, stelle Fragen und höre zu. So identifiziere ich gemeinsam mit meinen Kunden das Problem. Erst dann ist es an der Zeit, aktiv zu werden. Alle Informationen laufen zusammen und ermöglichen mir in der Vorbereitung individuell auf meinen Kunden einzugehen. Beim Erarbeiten einer Lösung sind mir zwei Dinge wichtig: Wirtschaftlichkeit und Nachhaltigkeit. So leiste ich einen Beitrag, dass meine Kunden erfolgreicher werden.
