I've led strategy and operations from early-stage startups to $800M+ scale, most recently leading strategic initiatives at Weee!, the largest ethnic e-grocer in the US. I've gone from zero-to-one launching startups with Atomic VC ($400M AUM venture studio that launched hims/hers), to running operations at high-growth startups such as Warby Parker. Some other things I've learned a ton from doing are founding a real estate company with revenues of $3M+ as a side-project, consulting for Fortune 50 tech firms such as Microsoft and GE, and leading cyber-wargaming operations at the Singapore Armed Forces. As a fractional COO and startup advisor, I've advised startups backed by VCs such as Sequoia Capital and First Round, among others. In this work I usually leverage my experience leading organizations with upwards of 150 people, managing end-to-end supply chains from product development through manufacturing, warehousing and transportation, expanding through multiple channels, and setting up companies for scale and sustainable growth.
