Szymon Podstufka
Komunikacja marki | Kreatywny marketing | Automatyzacja | Brand Communications Manager 8a.pl
Jestem wielkim fanem kreatywnego marketingu i ekonomii behawioralnej. Książki Dana Ariely'ego, Daniela Kahnemana czy Ann Handley czytam jeszcze chętniej, niż wracam do najlepszych odcinków The Office. That's what sh...

Tabitha Jordan
Manager, Product Education
In my role as a Senior Education Content Specialist, I developed and built out the Accelerated Onboarding initiative. We have grown that through multiple iterations and are currently still working on the growth content plan. I have project managed through scheduling, presenting, moderating, training, and facilitating the Accelerated Onboarding program. We have yielded significant increases in attendance MoM based on iterations of the program. Also as a Senior, I have created content plans for our growing YouTube channel & our internal LMS (learning management system). I have created over 50 videos for our video library and built project plans for successfully growing & maintaining content for the Education team. As a Customer Enablement Specialist at ActiveCampaign, I was managing one-on-one training and strategy sessions with customers to help them learn how to use the ActiveCampaign platform and execute on their email marketing strategy. I developed a deep and clear understanding of the product to recommend the software’s features and functionality that meet customers' specific business needs. Throughout my time on the Enablement team, I also became an internal trainer, resource and mentor for new hires, subject matter expert on Campaigns and Automations, webinar leader and content creator. This has allowed me to successfully transition to my new role on the Education team as an Education Content Specialist. In this role, I worked to define the online content roadmap and maintain a calendar of both on-demand and live educational resources. I managed the online customer-facing education content library, including updates to existing content and the development of new content. I also developed certifications and courses for topics including the ActiveCampaign toolset and marketing and sales domain knowledge. Lastly, I managed the learning management system for both internal and customer-facing content and collaborated with internal teams to ensure all education resources are aligned with our overall marketing and product strategy.
