My background is in both training delivery and training design. I have worked in and grown with the telecommunications industry for over 20 years.
In my current position I design and develop training for products & services, customer service skills, sales skills and leadership skills. I have developed this type of training for customer service, consumer retail and currently for National Business sellers. I have experience creating classroom training, virtual training, web based training and mLearning courses for tablets.
I work on both individual courses as well as large curriculums. I have been the lead on multiple large projects which required project managements skills in addition to traditional design skills.
I work well within a changing environment and am quick to adapt to new processes, policies, procedures and tools. I am often seen as a mentor for my peers and work well with others and individually.
