Yomi is the Founder and CEO of Algomarketing, a company that equips enterprise teams with AI-proficient talent to drive transformation and unlock exponential growth.
For over a decade, I lived and breathed marketing within the world's leading enterprises. As a data scientist and marketing technologist, I was on the front lines, empowering marketing teams to streamline operations, automate processes, and extract insights that fuelled smarter decisions.
But over time, I noticed something troubling: teams were increasingly bogged down managing tasks, leaving less time for actual marketing.
Creativity was being stifled by bureaucracy – buried under layers of forms, approvals, CRM complexities, and repetitive campaign cycles. Insight-led strategy often took a backseat to the relentless pursuit of speed and scale. The spark was dimming, and with it, the joy. This wasn't the dynamic, innovative field I knew. It was a clear call to action.
I am a marketing leader with close to 10 years in senior executive roles in tech companies of various sizes. I am currently the VP Marketing at Salto, a cloud-based platform that transformed the way operations teams configure and manage their companies' business systems.
Before joining Salto, I was the SVP Marketing and Corporate Strategy at Fyber, a leading mobile advertising company that was acquired by Digital Turbine. There, I led the marketing, product marketing, and corporate strategy teams, and helped shape the company's vision, positioning, and growth. I also played a key role in the growth, exit and integration of Inneractive, where I was the VP Marketing and Strategy.
I have a unique combination of marketing, product, and legal skills, which I developed during my previous roles at Yahoo, Amazon, and Fischer & Co. I am also passionate about advancing the quality of life and society through technology and design, and co-founded Code for Israel, a non-profit organization that supports civic innovation projects. I was also a regular contributor to TechCrunch, VentureBeat, and The Marker, and an adjunct lecturer at Reichman University in Israel.
I hold an MBA from New York University and an LLB (Cum Laude) and LLM (Magna Cum Laude) from Bar-Ilan University in Israel. I am also a licensed attorney in Israel. I speak Hebrew, English, and (a bit of) Spanish, and enjoy traveling, reading, and playing basketball.
