I help SDRs perform to their full potential. Follow me for posts about prospecting & sales development. Enterprise SDR Manager @ Chili Piper
I live, breathe, and love SDR and prospecting. I help SDRs perform to their full potential and crush their quotas by mastering the mindset, habits, and skills needed to perform at the highest level. After getting my Master's degree. I got my first job, in marketing. I didn't know what to do with my professional life. I thought my degree was useless. Because what I was doing, was completely different from what I've learned. I didn't know what I was good at or if I was going to be successful. I never had a great manager, coaching, not be develop or a mentor. In 2017, I read the book Predictable Revenue by Aaron Ross, and started prospecting. I was blown away, I learned more by reading this book than I did in my 5 years of studying. That's how I got into sales So, I made a commitment that I wouldn't let that happen to other people. I want to be the leader, the leader who wasn’t there for me, for my team. To make sure people get coached, get help, skills developed necessary to be successful in their SDR role. My mission is to make my team better. What I'm doing right now to help SDR: → I'm an SDR manager at Chili Piper, leading the enterprise team → I have a newsletter for SDRs My results → In 2020, been promoted to SDR manager in 5 months. → In 2021, I got promoted 3 times and promoted 9 SDRs. → Over the last 6 years, I helped 4 companies to get $10M+ in pipeline. My newsletter for SDRs: SDR Game 👇 https://sdrgame.substack.com/ If you want to learn more about the SDR team we are building or Chili Piper. Send me a message. Chili Piper We make meetings happen. Chili Piper uses smart rules to qualify and distribute leads to the right reps in real-time.
